Interior Architecture and Design

About Me.
As a student studying Interior Architecture and Design at Arts University Bournemouth, my passion lies in creating playful, avant-garde designs that reimagine the future. I strive to create spaces that seamlessly integrate brand identity and user experience, emphasizing architecture as a dynamic journey rather than a fixed concept.

NIHR & WESSEX RESEARCH BUSES
I worked in collaboration with the NHIR and Wessex Research Hub to design the outside of new clinical trial busses. Our design team set a brief to reach communities that were underrepresented in medical research.
By working closely with the client we established a design style that would appeal to ethnic minorities/ younger generations that had reservations about taking part in clinical trials.
After establishing specific users we created a design that would rethink what the NHS meant to people, opting for a bright, bold, Street art design. We also wanted to give the buses a brand identity by using branding colours and creating a mascot, Max Well.
Max Well can be used as a social media tool to help recognize the buses and create a more personable approach to clinical trials.
After creating 3D visuals of the buses in different locations, we pitched to the board of directors stating why they should pick our design. The board was inspired by our non-typical approach and pushed for user feedback before finally accepting our designs.
In February, we were lucky enough to unveil the buses to the public. We presented our design process to a group of around 80 participants and the positive feedback was overwhelming. Since then we have been featured in the leading Architecture and Design magazine DeZeen as well as articles from the BBC and NIHR.

FINALISED DESIGNS SENT TO CLIENT

ALI'S VINATGE TEA

Working with Ali allowed me to merge creativity with organisation, designing and styling elaborate table displays, tailored to each client’s unique vision. From intimate birthday gatherings to 100-person weddings, I learned how to adapt concepts to suit different scales, venues, and atmospheres while maintaining a strong sense of aesthetic detail. The role required careful event coordination, strong organisational skills, and the ability to respond to individual client needs, ensuring each display felt personal, polished, and memorable. This experience deepened my understanding of how thoughtful design and meticulous planning come together to create environments that leave a lasting impression.
